Meal planning that stays on the iPhone

VitalMint is Paoapps’ AI meal planner for iPhone and iPad. It builds weekly plans from protein needs, calorie targets, and dietary preferences, and it can import recipes from a website, build grocery lists, and walk through cooking with Live Activities on the lock screen.

Apple Intelligence is part of that, but it is not a gate on the whole app. Recipe generation that uses Apple Intelligence runs on the device. You can still use VitalMint on a compatible iPhone or iPad without those AI features. The product requires iOS 26.0 or iPadOS 26.0.

Personal data lives in SwiftData on the device and can sync through the user’s own iCloud account. The VitalMint site states that the app does not collect analytics — not even anonymous ones. The published privacy policy is on vitalmint.app.

The app is English, Dutch, and Spanish, including recipe generation in the language you pick. It is free to download; premium unlocks unlimited recipes, imports, grocery lists, cooking mode with Live Activities, and custom recipe photos.

This is the kind of shipping I care about at Paoapps: a real App Store product, on-device AI where it helps, and a privacy story you can actually read.
